Our 30-Day Promise
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on the type of issue and cost of the shipping.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable)
- Products purchased from Amazon or other retailers should be returned directly through that channel
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Used products without a quality issue
- Product where the user caused the damage or issue
- Custom or special order items
Dalen reserves the right to make the final decision on the return eligibility.
